What Causes Persistent Acute Neck And Shoulder Pain?

Hi,i am in desperate need of a solution ! My 36 year old girlfriend has been suffering of acute neck/shoulder pain for at least 1 year. We have tried all kinds of remedies but nothing seems to work. She needs professional help Could you advise us please ?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some degenerative changes in her shoulder and cervical vertebrae giving rise this problem.
There can be possibility of having frozen shoulder.
Go for x-ray cervical and shoulder joint.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Physiotherapy, short way diathermy and cervical traction will be useful.
