What Causes Persistent And Severe Abdominal Pain In A Teenager?

Hi, I m 18 and I suffer from really bad abdominal pain and have for a few years. I ve never been able to vomit normally it s always just been bile clear and sometimes urine yellow. Over the past 2 days I ve vomited twice and the first time was hot chips that I had previously cooked and just now I vomited (it s 4:15 am) and when I vomited it had a grey tinge to it and a little blood. What does it all mean? And why was it grey when I haven t eaten or drank anything grey?

I really appreciate your concern, most of the time consistency and color of vomiting depends upon the food taken and it may not be due to disease, so that need to be ruled out first, in your case this could be the cause, if the vomiting persistence then clinical examination is must with other investigations till then Tab Domperidone 20 mg can be tried hope this information helps.
