What Causes Persistent And Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen?
My daughter is 34 years old and is having extreme lower abdomen pain. She has had a pelvic exam,it was normal,and had exploratory surgery by her gyn. Ovaries,kidneys and liver looked normal. She has had this pain for 6-8 months now and is still having pain. We don t know what to do now.

Your symptoms seem to be a bladder infection.
I suggest doing a urine test and a urine culture to help through the diagnosis.
Meanwhile, I suggest using spasmolytic such as Buscopan for the pain.
