General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Due to problems with the balance and severe neck and head pain, brain scans such as MRI or a CT scan may be needed. A CT scan of the neck may be indicated as well as CT gives more information than an x-ray.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,

Dr. Antoneta Zotaj
