I was running a race for my high school cross country team the Saturday before last.After, I felt pain in in my ankle just under the bump you d normally find there.This has lasted for over a week, and when I put pressure on it there is pain, but not enough to make me immobile. However, when there is a lot of pressure put on it, such as running or jumping, it hurts worse.When I run for a extended period of time, take an hour per say, it hurts worse after I ve finished. My coach says it may just be sore, but seeing as a sore should last no longer than three days or so, I don t know if that is the reason for my pain.I do have a brace for it, which helps a small amount.
