What Causes Persistent Backache After An Angioplasty?

My father had angioplasty 4days back after a heart attack..with one blockage..he is facing petsistent upper back pain....it was expirienced by him during the attack...is it related to heart ...but he doesnot expiriences chest pain after angioplasty....please help
