What Causes Persistent Bad Vaginal Odour?

I have a strong slightly not normal vaginal odor that even when I m standing and my legs are closed I can smell it but no irritation or anything and my pee is cloudy but doesn t hurt or feel like I have to pee when I don t. What s up? I m confused never had anything go on down there that isn t normal

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to bacterial vaginosis. A swab test will be helpful to rule out this. It is better to do a urine routine examination to rule out urinary tract infection also. For Bacterial vaginosis if you were my patient then I would recommend using vaginal suppository containing combination of antifungal like clotrimazole and antibiotic like clindamycin. Using intimate wash daily is also good to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH also.
