General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there might be having massive hematoma produced black eye.
As there is broken eye socket and severe pain, you should remain in regular contact with treating doctor.
There is possibility of having infection as well.
Go to ER without waiting for your doctor appointment and get examined.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine.
Meanwhile apply ice pack 2-3 times a day for few days.
Ok and take care.
