What Causes Persistent Bleeding While On Duphaston?

Hi, I have been taking duohastin for 10 days now and still have bleeding, not as heavy as I before I started taking it but still Have it.. my question is, I have been prescribed three months to take the tablets but if I m still Bleeding how do I know when to start taking my second course?
