What Causes Persistent Body Aches And Fatigue?
HI, I am a 54 year old female that woke up Monday morning, June 5, 2017, with, what I would call my ears being stopped up. Kind of like the nose being stopped up/congested. I have body aches and my temp is 97.7, low energy, which is not like me. I babysit my grandson, so our days are very energetic! The puffiness in my ears is better ...very low, if any, today. The body aches and low energy is worsened though. I have taken Zinc tablet, saline nose spray, and it feels really good to have sweatshirt and pants on in front of a heater and blanket. I am going to take a baby aspirin for the body aches. I have drank lots of liquids and very little caffeine.

It sounds like a viral infection dear. They cause persistent fatigue and aches. We can wait for it to pass as all viral infections cure within some time. Take lot of rest and think lot of fluids .
