Hello,

I can understand your concern. Any discharge from breast in absence of pregnancy, breastfeeding or mechanical stimulation is considered abnormal.

I would advise you not to try to squeeze your breast and induce discharge. Even in absence of such stimulation by you, discharge occurs, then you should visit a physician or gynecologist for physical examination and further investigations. The possibilities of such discharge usually includes hormonal imbalance or infection of the mammary glands.

I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. Take care.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
