General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Persistent breathing difficulty with dizziness in a person with history of blood clots may pause a threat of pulmonary embolism or other respiratory tract related involvement. I would recommend to call 911 without delay as many times, without immediate intervention, you may get permanent changes in your brain as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
