What Causes Persistent Breathing Difficulty Despite Taking Medication?
last time i was breath less and was recommended Nebulization using Asthalin and one medicine tablet was given to me after that i was ok. today also i had the same problem i took some steam and then i amble to breath but do i really need nebulizer for my self or there and medicine along with that.
As I understand you have breathlessness for which you were considered to take the asthalin. Well, I want to know are you an asthma patient? if not or if so also, you need to understand that breathing difficulties occur due to the pathologies of the respiratory system and in this the muscles of the respiration become weak. Doing regularly breathing exercises and exercises to improve the core muscles will help you. In fact, in my clinical practice of over 12 years most cases of bronchial asthma and asthmatic attacks have responded well to exercises and now nebulizer and corresponding drugs like asthalin, duolin are not needed. What you need a right pulmonary physical therapist who can assist you to get rid of breathlessness.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
