What Causes Persistent Bruised Feeling In My Chest, Dizziness, Fatigue, And Difficulty Breathing?

Hello, I have been feeling for a couple of months like the inside of my chest is bruised, dull achey feeling. I feel like I have to cough but I don t. I get real dizzy and I m tired another. I lay in bed alot and I use to be fairly active 6-8 miles of walking a week. Sometimes I feel a little restricted with my breathing. Please advise. I m very concerned
