What Causes Persistent Burning Sensation At The Base Of Left Testicle?
What could cause a constant point of burning at the base of my left testicle near the surface of the skin? It started out the size of a match head 4months ago and seems larger and more frequent over the last 6 weeks. It is intermittent not affected by lifting.

I think you should do an urine analysis and uroculture and also an ultrasound to get evaluated. It can be varicocele which can increase the temperature of the testicles.
