What Causes Persistent Burning Sensation In Left Hip?

hi my name is Elizabeth i am 18 and i am usually healthy but for about 6 too 7 months i've been having persistant burning in my left hip and i have tried over the couter pain meds and i have been to the doctor twice and both times i've been given muscle relaxer. i would like to know what this is so i can get comfort from this?
