General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Rash on the chest are commonly due to allergens, infections, autoimmune disorders and stress. Avoid anxiety and stressful lifestyle. Low body temperature may be due to disorders such as diabetes and low thyroid level. Since you have low BP you are suggested to take balanced diet, stay hydrated and avoid alcohol or addiction if any. Get a complete medical checkup done to detect any infection, heart disease, thyroid issues, etc.

Your treating doctor will tell you to do all Blood tests, Lipid function tests, CBC, Urinalysis, Stress tests, Imaging tests (X-ray, Echo, CT/MRI, etc) to detect the pathology causing the symptoms and discomfort. In the meantime, you can take PPI's doe relieve. Avoid spicy, oily food. Take boiled food and cooked veggies. Do regular walking and showers. Take adequate rest and sleep.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
