What Causes Persistent Chest Pains And Lightheadedness?

Hi, I was in the emergency room on saturday nite, complaints of chest pain/tightness traveling down both arms, hard to take a deep breath. They did a ECG, and that was normal, hooked me up to a monitor and that was fine, did blood work and results came back negative. They took my blood pressure which ranged from 120/90 to 145/77 within a two hour block, gave me 4 baby aspirin which did nothing, took chest x-rays which showed nothing, and booked me for a stress test for early june. I know I'm under alot of stress right now, but i feel that something else could be wrong, or am i just feeling that it has to be something? Im still having chest pains, arms still feel heavy, still lightheaded at times throughtout the day, whats wrong with me please?

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of stress and anxiety related symptoms is more likely.
But better to first get done stress test.
If this is normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Undiagnosed stress and anxiety can also cause similar symptoms.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs (propranolol and flunarizine combination) too.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
