What Causes Persistent Chillness In The Lower Back?
i have cold chill in my lower back nearly all the time i get / have flu symptoms regularly which i try to treat myself with over the counter flu remedies most times will have to go to doctor for antibiotics for chest infection. have i weak imune system? i am fit person what should i do ?

During a flu it is very common to get either pain or soarness or chill in the lower back region . It doesn't signify weak Immunity. It is just a symptoms of viral infection and it happens in most of the patient's . So there is nothing to worry and nothing needs to be done for that.
