What Causes Persistent Chills And Sweating In Genitals Despite Taking UTI Treatment?

I have chronic UTI s . It started in 2011, with chills, extreme sweating from the lower extremities. Strange burning sensations on my skin, then the UTI s started. My body reacts like it s fighting an infection, but all lab results are negative. I have had a cystoscopy, negative for interstitial cystitis. I have been on macrobid for over 2 years now. I am wondering if there s any resistant stains of bacteria that could be causing this? I work I health care, so I m exposed to all kinds of things.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if urine culture sensitivity is not done then better to get this done, it may not be infection, you have not discuss the clinical symptoms here, neither gave the information about the age and gender in male UTI is very less likely hope this information helps.
