What Causes Persistent Chronic Abdominal Pain In The Right Lower Quadrant?

17 year old with severe pain in her right lower quadrant. Labs are normal, CT scan is unimpressive, abdominal sonogram unimpressive as well, ovaries are normal. The pain is requiring prescription pain medication and has not resolved in the past 2 weeks.

I think that your symtoms are related to irritable bowel syndrome.Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Changes to Your Diet.Sugary foods, sodas, caffeine, alcohol, and processed foods may be bad for your digestion.Instead, eat whole, natural foods
-Keep Your Stress in Check
-Exercise.
-Take foods or supplements with probiotics
-Herbal treatments may help you ease gas pain and upset stomachs.
