Hello and welcome to HCM,
CIN 1 lesions can be managed by a procedure known as LEEP.
LEEP is a technique in which a part of cervical mucosa which is diseased is removed.
This is a minor surgical procedure and is not as expensive as a major surgery.
If you cannot go for any surgical procedure right now, I advise you to repeat Pap test at regular intervals (at least 6 monthly) and observe the results because majority of CIN 1 revert back to normal spontaneously without treatment.
In addition, you should also get a HPV capture test to detect the serotype of HPV infecting the cervical mucosa.
Consult your gynecologist for HPV testing and get a regular Pap test.

Thanks and take care
