General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I would suggest to take her to a chest physician. Her problem seems to be allergic and there are wonder drug molecules like Montelukast to control and block allergies (which would control her cold - asthma too). The medicine should be prescribed after a through check up of the child in suitable dosage.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
