Hi.
I have gone through your concern about constipation. In my clinical practice most of the time mild cases of constipation is treated by dietary modifications plus occasional use of laxatives. I advise to include more dietary fiber in your meals and avoidance of fast food items like pizzas, burger etc. It would really help you a lot.
Thank you.
Regards,
Dr. Manan
