What Causes Persistent Constipation In A Patient With Piles?

motion blocked due to piles and have severe stomach ache , stomach is sealed with gas . motion is not coming from 3 days. From past six months i feel motion incomplete. consulted doctors. They all have given laxative for anal , they had given me enema , which makes no use, no motion. how to solve my problem. watching hell literally.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The use of laxatives are not recommended for the long term in persons with constipation.

While the piles are hurting, you can use a stool softener so that the stool can pass with little pain.

After this it would be best to increase your fiber intake by taking at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables, using whole grain bread/pasta/rice.
You should also consider a fiber supplement such as metamucil, benefiber, cetrucil.

Use at least 8 glasses of fluid daily. Caffeine and alcohol do not count because they cause the body to lose fluid.

Physical activity is also important.
