What Causes Persistent Cough, Vomiting, Diarrhea And Chest Discomfort?

persistent cough, vomiting, diarrhea, chest discomfort but doesn t feel like heart related, feels like food is not going down all the way, burping and at times food/liquid comes back up into throat, has had cough for several days, no sinus issues, has had some fever but nothing real high

most likely it could be gastritis or gastro esophageal reflex disease, take some anti histamine ,antacids , and non spicy diet it will resolve
