Hello,
Thanks for writing to us. The possible causes in the current scenario are- local causes like an erosion of the cervix, polyps of the cervix and uterus and infections, hormone imbalance which can be caused by sudden weight change, stress, cysts of the ovary and certain medications. A proper clinical evaluation, hormone profile, sonogram of the pelvis, routine blood counts and urinalysis are needed. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
