What Causes Persistent Discharge Of Semen At Night?

Dr I am a regular gym going guy. Well muscular built 23 yrs. Takes proper healthy diet. Consume more onion n garlic too. Have satisfy sex once in a week. Dnt masturbate anytime or dnt get excite or watch porn but from past 4-5 days I am getting a regular night fall. What may b reason? Any solution.

As per your history is concerned you have night fall ,it is a physiological phenomenon so first ruled out infection if you have fever or you can make your urine exam if infection found take antibiotics.Thanks
