What Causes Persistent Dizziness Along With Mood Swings?

Good morning, I have been dizzy for more than one month now, eating much, smell irritation and mood swings but still saw my period though scanty, after then ovulation didn t occur, pls am I pregnant? I took a test during the menstrual flow and it was negative. Pls help

If you have missed your menstrual period for a month then it is better to do a pregnancy test ( using urine pregnancy test kit). However if menstrual cycle is regular, then dizziness, mood swing can occur due to some other reasons like low blood pressure, reduced or disturbed sleep, stress etc.
