The symptoms what you're experiencing is possibly due to the disease and also adverse effect of the drug. The aortic aneurysm should be treated with surgical intervention as there's a probability of rupture of the aneurysm and internal bleeding leading to circulatory shock. Please consult a cardiothoracic surgeon and discuss regarding options of aneurysm repair or stenting.
