What Causes Persistent Dizziness And Lightheadedness?

I have been light headed and dizzy for months now, and now I find it very difficult to not feel very light hearted when I try to focus my eyes, I also am having concerating and wanting to hold a conversation with anyone cause I cant seem to stay focus. I am tried all the time and have had a headache for 2 weeks now.

Hi,

Most probably it is due to conditions like low blood pressure or anaemia. Consult a physician and check your blood pressure and also do a complete blood count to rule out anaemia.
