What Causes Persistent Dizziness And Nausea After Blood Donation?

Hi. My name is Vanessa. I recently went on Wednesday to the blood drive center to donate blood and immediately felt dizzy. It passed but when I got home an ate soup I vomited everything I ate threw out the day. Today I'm still dizzy, nauseas, an light headed. I'm not vomiting and I'm eating meals but this feeling doesn't go away.
