What Causes Persistent Dizziness And Nose Congestion?

I went on a cruise almost 5years ago and have not stopped being dizzy/unbalanced ever since. I saw neurologists ent and functional neurologist and chiro, massage. Had MRI 4yrs ago and now. All was fine except some fluid in my mastoid air cells. I have neck issues as well, and have had stuffy nose for at least 2years. Antibiotics have not cleared that up. Can you point me in any direction I can try?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You need to get an X-ray of PNS for your sinus & X-ray for cervical spine done, visit ER. It looks like chronic sinusitis. You need to get all investigations done like allergy test, nasal-sinus cultures, nasal endoscopy & imaging tests. In the meantime, flush your nasal passages, take steam & antihistamines for relieve. For neck issues take Tylenol & do neck exercises after consulting physiotherapist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K.
