What Causes Persistent Dizziness, Eye Pain, Headache, And Tingling Despite Malaria Treatment And Clexane 2 Weeks Post-delivery?

Hae Doc...,am 2weeks post delivery, svd .After 3days i started to experience difficulty in breathing and diziness.I went and do tests and wos found with malaria.Treated it for 3days with artemether,i din t respond...,p-alaxin it din t respond, then artesun.From there I started feeling diziness, tingling sensation especially on the extremities and headache woz given clexane 40mg start....,since then am still having the same problem...,dizziness,pain on the eyes such that I strain on light,GBM and tingling sensation on extremities.... ,where could b the problem.Thanks
