What Causes Persistent Dizziness, Temple Pain, And Breathlessness, Especially After Using Nasal Spray Without Relief?

I’ve been dealing with almost constant dizziness all this week, my temples are hurting and I get out of breath easy. My doctors nurse suggested I use nasal spray in case my inner ear was filled with fluid, it has not helped. Although I believe it to be unconnected, and these symptoms started sooner, I had an intestinal bug the last few days. I’m better now, and yesterday I thought it was all going away but then the previous symptoms returned and now I can hardly get out of bed they are so uncomfortable.
