What Causes Persistent Dizziness, Tingling Sensation In The Limbs With Migraines?

I ve been having issues with constant dizziness lately (4 months-sudden onset). I also have weakness and sometimes tingling in my extremeties. I am short winded, and have migraines. I can function, but I feel foggy, and the dizziness is every single day. I am dizzy, not the environment. I have had an MRI, EKG, Echocardiogram, with negative results. No one seems to know what this is, but I know my body is telling me something isnt right. I am an active 33 year old, with 5 children.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to nerve compression at cervical spine.

For further assessment you may require MRI neck, nerve conduction studies after orthopedician consultation.

You can take tablet acetaminophen and multivitamin.

You may require tablet Pregabalin after consultation.

Continue regular physical therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
