What Causes Persistent Dizziness?
I m a 57 year old female, not overweight and in good physical shape with no known medical conditions. I ve had heart palpitations for several years and my doctor told me not to be concerned. Lately, though, they are happening much more often, sometimes up to 10 or 15 per minute and a little dizziness while they are happening. Is this anything to be concerned about?

In my opinion dizziness could be due to elevated blood pressure or ear pathology.
Can consider getting your blood pressure checked and an audiometry done.
Palpitations might be due to anxiety or anemia or hypothyroidism.
Can get your hemoglobin and thyroid levels checked.
Maintain adequate hydration.
