What Causes Persistent Ear Pain, Headache And Swelling Behind Eye?

Hi Dr.i have ear pain from 2 years till now , i have consulted too many doctors and took different antibiotic+ear drop.,but no any result .include severe headache on one side and swelling behind the eye . it mainly start when i wash my head. and swelling of eye also .
