What Causes Persistent Eye Swelling?

My eys get super itchy and I get swollen bubbles around my eyes after an orgasm. They also get this way after a coughing fit, laughing spell, and or running. I do have seasonal asthma but havent needed my inhaler in years. It voes away after a couple hrs but what is it?

This could be happening due tostraning and dilatation of blood vessel. You may under go an complete eye examination. Measurement of IOT be done. general health checkup like BP hemogram should be done. If any abnormality detected should be treated.
