What Causes Persistent Fatigue, Breathlessness And Heart Palpitations?
Hi, About a year now I have a few symptoms that have been really slowing me down, at work and otherwise. some of the symptoms are; - Feeling fatigue and tired all the time. Even after a 6-7 hour sleep. However, owing to the nature of my work, I do work really long hours, sometimes 12-15 hours a day. I try to compensate my lack of sleep on the weekends. - shortness of breath. I find myself sort of breath and breathing fast. - tired eyes. I can feel my eye balls tired and heavy and also a throbbing in the eyeball. - periodic headaches that sometime get severe like a migraine. - fast heartbeat. Do I need to get this checked? I am 42yrs old. Thanks
If you have long working schedule you need to rest down as well atleast 8 hours in 24 hrs and resting at the end of the week does not compensate the loss you had already due to lack of sleep. If you are experiencing problems which you have mention you need to visit a doctor as soon as possible and get yourself examined on clinical and lab results. Also you need to nutritious food containing iron, protein and calcium. please take any medicine only after proper consultation with a your doctor.
Hope that helps Thanks
