General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted the history related to your son having tiredness, lightheadedness, faster heartbeats, Holter and EKG are normal and Cardiologist says everything is normal. Your son is 32 years old, and has strong chest vibrations.
Sine the Cardiologist has said that everything is okay why to worry about heart related problems.
The chest vibrations can be due to costochondritis and other associated symptoms taken together needs proper clinical evaluation by your Doctor and get the relevant tests of blood, urine, stool, X-ray chest and Ultrasonography to know the cause.
If there is any positive finding then the specific treatment can be done.
If all the tests are normal then there may be psychological problems and consultation with a Psychiatrist may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
