Hi , from last few days i m feeling weakness. i m having my normal diet but i feel weak after i wake up. i met a physician on 12th Oct. He gave me Dolo 650 1-0-1 for 2 days and Cap sompraz-n 1-0-0 for 5 days but after taking these medicines also i m not feeling better. the weakness feeling is there still from last few days i m only eating khichdi. my motion has also become bit light brown in color. I m taking the below metioned medicines regularly 1. INH Foracort 200 mg 2 puffs 1-0-1 2. Flublock AZ nazal spray - 10-0-10
Fatigue can be caused by several conditions from anxiety to physical like anemia, thyroid, and other. I would also remind you that Dolo 650 containing an opioid pain killer can affect your mood and energy.
You will need to talk to your doctor and consider having some basic tests like: CBC, ERS, TSH, sugar and lipid levels, creatinine and electrolytes, ALT, AST, etc.
