General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Fatigue can be caused by several conditions from anxiety to physical like anemia, thyroid, and other.
I would also remind you that Dolo 650 containing an opioid pain killer can affect your mood and energy.

You will need to talk to your doctor and consider having some basic tests like: CBC, ERS, TSH, sugar and lipid levels, creatinine and electrolytes, ALT, AST, etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
