What Causes Persistent Fatigue?

Hi I m Anabel and am 42 yrs old lately I ve been feeling sob fatigue and I bitterly feel my heart coming out through my throat area I even feel week and feel like fating but don t all this its either while I m eating and sitting down or just standing cooking nothing to hectic to raise blood pressure

hiii.kindly check your blood Hemoglobin levels.decreased blood hemoglobin levels causes more fatigue.kindly take multivitamin tablets and iron tablets once daily.thank you.
