What Causes Persistent Fatigue?

Hi, I feel an underlying sense of lack of energy, I am not weak, but not really energized. I work out consistently cardio and muscle toning approx. 3-4 x/ week. I do take vitamin supplements. have been told A-1C levels fluctuate/pre-diabetic. Sometimes it feels like all over something like virus/flu symptoms trying to come on but no fever, cough, etc.

Hello dear.

Thank you for using HealthcareMagic
I read your query and I understand your concern.
I think you are experiencing symptoms of the beginning of a viral influenza infection. Take some paracetamol and have rest.

Best Regards.
