What Causes Persistent Fever And Constant Fatigue?
For a few months I ve had a persistent fever and constant fatigue that is so bad I cannot function or concentrate. My entire body feels weak and I am constantly dizzy and short of breath and have to gasp for air to get a satisfying amount of air. Im always lightheaded and have a bad memory when normally I can remember fine. Also, for some reason I get these constant pains in the left side of my chest that hurt terribly and make it even harder to breathe than already is. Recently I have also not had any appetite whatsoever when normally I eat very well and have 3 or 4 meals in a day. I get headaches that hurt extremely bad and feel as though my entire head is being squeezed and make me feel detached from reality, and when I sleep I wake up several times throughout the night with cold sweats and inability to breathe. What is worrying me the most though is that once or twice in the past few months I have coughed up some mucus with pitch black strings in them, and just this week I coughed up some phlegm that had a bit of red orange blood in it. Also , a few days ago I woke up with a cluster of tiny blue dots on my inner thigh that did not hurt or anything, but were very abnormal and slowly went away within a few days.
