General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your son seems to have allergic cold &cough with a secondary bacterial infection. He would need anti-allergic cold medicine with antibiotic &cough syrup along with multivitamin preparation.

Please consult a children specialist for exact diagnosis after detailed examination, needful investigations &suitable medicines to cure him.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
