This sounds like a viral infection of the respiratory tract it tends to get better itself in 5-7 days I would suggest your to continue the same and you can use syrup panadol in case of fever otherwise you don t need much medication for her , keep her on good quantity of fluids and she should rest well, nothing much needed other than this. Viral illnesses tend to get better themselves don t need anything extra, but if this starts getting worse or doesn t get better after 7 days then get a checkup with your doctor.
