What Causes Persistent Fever Despite Taking Medication?
My son who is 21 years old is suffering from high fever since yesterday . He was given dolo EVERY 6 HOURS . Since his fever is not subsiding we have him Maftal at night and had immediate effect. But when we gave Maftal at 1 pm it has not brouğt down his temperature. Should we give him dolo again.

It is safe to use Mefenamic acid and Paracetamol together. You can give him Meftal and Dolo together to try to bring down the fever.
