What Causes Persistent Fever, Fatigue, Shortness Of Breath And Cough?

My sister has had a fever for over 10 days. She has no energy, trouble breathing, a slight cough, muscle pain. She has been tested for the flu, UTI, and strep. All negative. Her bloodwork came back with elevated white blood count and elevated liver levels when tested at an urgent care center 3 days ago. She does not have a primary care physician and she doesn t believe that she needs to go to the Dr or ER. What could be the cause of these symptoms?

hi..you provided that liver test increase..and high blood count shows infective itiology..
but you dont provide complete reports so difficult to interpretaate..
still plzz work up for liver pathology like JAUNDICE Amust rule out..
