What Causes Persistent Fever Inspite Of Taking Z-pak?

Hi,I ve caught a cold more than 3 weeks ago. I had low fever 99-100.4 for two weeks. 10 days ago, my doctor ordered the chest Xray, which showed that I developed bronchitis. So, I was on Zpak for 5 days, and inhaler. The fever got better for a couple of days 10 days after Zpak. But I found that the temperature is unstable recent two days. It can reach 99.5 when I move around. Does this mean that the Zpak isn t working well?

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to allergic condition and some it may be self limiting may not need any medicine moreover it may take some to come around even with the medicines, general care need to be taken, and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
